Of the 7-1/2 habits of highly successful learners, using (new) technology is probably the most difficult for me. Once I learn how to do something, I tend to continue to do it in the same way because it is familiar and comfortable. Moving to something new (even if it might be better) can seem like more trouble than it is worth.
I hope the Learning 2.0 project will help me adopt the Technology habit.
The easiest habit for me is habit 4 -- thinking of myself as a competent, effective learner. Like Stuart Smalley says, "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like me." ;-)
